Version 1.2

1What TrueNora is

TrueNora is a general wellness and health information tool — not a medical device, healthcare service, telehealth provider, or regulated health product. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

2Not medical advice

Nothing Nora says is medical advice. Her responses do not constitute diagnosis, treatment, or clinical guidance. Never disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice based on anything you read or receive through TrueNora. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3No professional relationship

Use of TrueNora does not create a doctor-patient, dietitian-client, or any other professional-client relationship between you and TrueNora, GuidedVenture LLC, or any clinical advisor associated with the platform.

4Medical emergencies

TrueNora is not designed for medical emergencies. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Do not use Nora in any urgent or life-threatening situation.

5AI limitations

Nora is powered by artificial intelligence. Her responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. They cannot account for your full medical history, existing conditions, medications, or individual circumstances. Use your own judgment and consult professionals before making health decisions.

6Your data

You own your data. TrueNora will never sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable health information. Your data is used solely to power your experience on the platform. Conversations may be processed by third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic) under agreements that prohibit training on your data. TrueNora is not a HIPAA-covered entity — it is a wellness tool, not a healthcare service.

7Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use TrueNora. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

8Subscriptions and payments

Personal: $15/month. Clinician: $25/month. Every plan starts with a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings › Subscription; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Founding members (anyone who signs up before November 1, 2026, and subscribes before their free trial ends) keep their monthly rate for as long as they stay subscribed. The free trial needs no card and doesn't turn into a paid subscription on its own.

9Intellectual property

"TrueNora," "Nora," and all associated logos, marks, AI reasoning frameworks, and content are the property of GuidedVenture LLC. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the platform.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueNora's total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid in the prior 12 months or $100. TrueNora is not liable for indirect, consequential, or health-related damages arising from your use of the platform.

11Dispute resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under JAMS rules in New Jersey. You waive the right to class-action proceedings. These Terms are governed by New Jersey law.

12Changes to these terms

TrueNora may update these Terms with 14 days advance notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13Private beta

Nora is in active development. Answers will occasionally be wrong, features will change without notice, and the service may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or continuity during this period.

14Acceptable use

Keep your login secure and do not share your account. Do not attempt to extract or reverse-engineer Nora's underlying instructions or models, use the service unlawfully or to harass or impersonate anyone, or resell access. Tell us if you think someone else has your login.

15Health professionals

If you use Nora to think through your own clinical reasoning, do not enter identifying details about a patient — no names, dates of birth, addresses, contact details, or record numbers. Nora answers the clinical question without them and will tell you if identifying details appear. TrueNora is not a business associate under HIPAA and is not a platform for protected health information. Your clinical judgement remains yours; Nora supports your reasoning and carries no responsibility for decisions about the people in your care.

16Privacy

How your information is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
