Personal Health Reasoning
TrueNora is a reasoning layer that helps you make calm, confident health decisions, grounded in your data, not noise, trends, guilt, or predatory marketing.
No spam. No selling your data. Obviously.
The problem
Endless metrics without interpretation. Conflicting advice optimized for clicks. Products disguised as necessities. Moralized food narratives. Most tools either dump raw data on you or lock you into rigid programs. Both increase stress. Neither helps you think.
The insight
People don't fail at health because they lack data. They fail because they lack contextual reasoning: knowing what matters right now, what doesn't, the one change worth making first, and when the best move is no move at all. That's what TrueNora provides.
Your calm, intelligent health reasoning companion. She doesn't lecture, judge, or sell. She helps you think clearly when the noise is loud.
Examples of how Nora thinks. Not advice: her answers depend on what she knows about you.
Timing myths
"Should I stop eating after 6pm to boost my metabolism?"
"Honest answer: the evidence is thin. Most studies are small and short, and the benefits seem to come from eating less overall, not from the clock. If an earlier cutoff helps you snack less or sleep better, it's a reasonable experiment. If it makes your evenings stressful, skip it."
Supplement noise
"Should I be taking this $90/month supplement everyone's talking about?"
"The effect size is small relative to cost, and it's redundant with what you're already getting from food. You're not missing anything by skipping it."
Food guilt
"I had takeout three nights this week. I feel like I've undone everything."
"Three nights of takeout doesn't undo anything. You've been steady for months, and that's what's moving your numbers, not one week. 'Undone' assumes you're always one bad week from the start line. You aren't."
Data confusion
"My Oura score dropped to 62 but I feel great. Should I worry?"
"Your body is telling you more than the number is. These scores fluctuate daily for reasons that often have nothing to do with recovery, so trust how you feel today. If it stays low for a week and you're dragging, that's worth paying attention to."
Nora isn't a doctor and doesn't diagnose or treat. She helps you think, and you decide.
How it works
Nora reasons about your health: your patterns, your history, your context. That’s why each account is built around one person rather than a household. Personalized reasoning needs a clear picture of one body, not a blended one.
That doesn’t limit what you can ask. A kid with a fever at 2am, a parent’s new medication, a friend’s supplement question: Nora will help you think any of it through. She simply keeps their details separate from your own health picture instead of folding them in.
And if looking after someone else is affecting your sleep, your eating, or your stress, that’s your health too. It belongs in the conversation.
We will never sell your health data or share it without your permission. Period. This isn't a privacy policy buried in fine print. It's a founding principle.
We will never advertise, push supplements, or profit from your anxiety. Our only revenue comes from being genuinely useful to you.
We will actively reduce unnecessary optimization. Sometimes the best guidance is: "This doesn't matter." "Nothing is wrong." "You can relax."
For dietitians and clinicians
Evidence tools tell you what the research says. Nora helps you apply it to the person in front of you: their labs, history, constraints, and what they've already tried.
Example case
"52-year-old, A1c 6.1, works night shifts. Tried low-carb and quit after two weeks. Where do I start?"
"Start with timing, not carbs. Low-carb didn't stick, and night shifts make consistency the real problem. Anchor one protein-forward meal before each shift and see if late-shift snacking drops. Recheck A1c in three months. Evidence on shift-work-specific strategies is thinner than for prediabetes in general, so treat this as a first experiment, not a protocol."
Please use de-identified case details (no names, dates of birth, or record numbers). Full patient-linked features arrive with our clinician data agreements.
