Before we start

Nora is a personal health reasoning companion — not a doctor, dietitian, or medical service.

She provides general wellness information and reasoning support. She does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or replace professional care.

By continuing you confirm you understand and agree to the Terms of Use.

Let's start with your email.

Nora

How will you be using Nora?

This changes what she asks and how she talks to you. You can use her both ways — this just sets the starting point.

Tell me about your practice.

Three quick questions. They change how I answer, not just what I know about you.

If you work across more than one, pick where you spend most of your time.

Where you're licensed to practice. Not listed? Type it in, with the country.

Self-attested. We don't verify it and we don't share it. It's here because the clinician version answers differently, and it should only be open to licensed professionals.

Who do you work with?

Who they are, and what you work on. This shapes what I reach for first.

Specialty areas, or the conditions you see most. A few words is plenty.

How do you practice?

The frameworks you use, what you emphasize, what you avoid. This is what lets me shape answers to your reasoning instead of a generic one.

A sentence is enough. You can add to this later, and I'll pick more up as we work together.

You'll use me two ways.

Worth setting up properly, because they shouldn't mix.

For your patients

Bring a case and I'll help you work out what to do first for that particular person — given their constraints, what they've tried, what's realistic.

Each patient gets their own thread. Give it a label only you'll recognize and come back to it whenever — before the visit, during, when you're charting that night, at follow-up next week. I'll keep them apart.

Please leave their identifying details out. No names, dates of birth, addresses, or record numbers. I don't need them — ask me about a 54-year-old with these labs and this history and you'll get the same answer. I'll tell you if they appear.

For yourself

I also work for your own health, and that's a separate conversation with separate context. Start a new chat when you switch and I'll keep them apart.

And a little about you

Optional, and only used when you're asking about yourself.

Training for something, a hormonal transition, recovering from an injury, a stretch of bad sleep — whatever's true.
